fine at work... disciplinary threat
Comments
-
It could be that the "fine" and the disciplinary action are two totally separate issues. A possibility that Stroma either refuses or cannot address.
We can only advise on the parking issue with ukcps, how can we address a contract of employment issue without even seeing it? And how is a third party debt anything to do with the hospital? When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Today my partner received the notice to keeper, do I just ignore?0
-
Ignore was the old advice the new advice is to challenge it via popla.
This will be beneficial to you as you can get it "officially" cancelled which should put a stop to your workplace getting the hump.
first you need to challenge this to the parking company and ask them for a POPlA code.
something along the lines of
RE Parking charge number****
This charge is clearly punitive and a penalty, and as such you must now cancel this parking charge invoice.
If you do not agree to the above then you must send me a POPLA verification codeFrom the Plain Language Commission:

No?!! Unless you are in Scotland or NI!
If in England & Wales you will surely have seen on other threads since you first posted, that we don't advise ignoring? You'll have read other threads whilst waiting for that Notice...surely you will have seen the advice all over the forum?
Here's a pepipoo one with links about the first challenge wording which the registered keeper can use:

Read other threads about POPLA in readiness for the next stage too. And don't ignore that stage nor write it without reading up on what makes a winning POPLA appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's as plain as the nose on your face that if UKCPS obtains your details from DVLA and then passes those details onto someone else (e.g. your employer) this is breach of the Data Protection Act and ought to be enough to have UKCPS' access to the DVLA database revoked.
You could consider not only writing a "get lost" letter to UKCPS as outlined above, but also pointing out to them in the letter that if they pass your details on to your employer then you will report them to the BPA, the ICO and (most importantly) the DVLA.Je suis Charlie.0 -
I can't really be bothered with writing here there everywhere. I'll just pay it - far less hassle for me.
Thanks tho.0 -

Obviously it's your money BUT how much do you value 5 minutes of your time at ? £5 meaning £60 an hour ? Work out your hourly pay rate and then decide if it's worth 5 minutes to write to these scammers. Personally I would never pay a scammer !0 -

Jeez, it takes just two emails that you don't even have to compose yourself as we have pre-written examples. Some people really do have more money than sense, surely not an MSEer like you? Can I claim your PPI reclaim as well then (if you have one due) because it's too much hassle to fill a form in?
Frustrating for us because you are knowingly lining the pockets of rich scammers who will perpetuate this con against more people after you.
I hope you were joking?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
