Did they inform you of your right to cancel within 7 working days after receiving the goods? If not you actually have 3 months and 7 days to return for a full refund.

Probably still best to do as you say though. That way they can't charge you for return delivery.

I have just checked and the 7 day period is quoted in the terms and conditions on the tigersheds website

I've just started another Tiger Shed related thread! We're a couple of months further down the line than you. Tiger have ignored most our correspondence and taken ages to respond to the rest. They're tried to redirect us to Storemore and charge us collection & restocking charges. We are currently pursuing a Section 75 claim (which I'm entirely confused by - hence my thread). I'm actually quite relieved to find someone else with the same problems as we tried to research the company before purchasing and found nothing on them. We are claiming from a mis-representation perspective as the box stated no bolt down kit required but the instructions say otherwise and the parts are not all pre-drilled as the box indicates but we have also complained about quality. I hope Tiger are more forthcoming for you!

Hi good to hear from someone else having problems with Tiger Sheds. I have written formally to the company and emailed them my letter. Had a response that it is being referred to "management". I contacted Stormore in the first instance and they referred me straight back to tigerbox. My landscaping friend has done a full report of our experiences i.e three people wasting the best part of a working day - problems included parts being bent, screw holes not aligning, some parts numbered, some not, totally confusing instructions with poor diagrams and again not stating clearly that the item would need to be bolted plus the fact that the way the whole thing is fabricated it could never be weatherproof as too many gaps. However, even if we could have overcome these problems the whole item is as you say a misrepresentation because the quality is so poor. My shed was made in Australia and seems to have gone through numerous links before actually reaching me. I don't think it is fit for purpose in a UK market. The instructions said "do not assemble on a windy day" which did not inspire confidence

I suspect that I shall need to pursue a Section 75 claim too and maybe small claims with added costs for all the wasted time involved

Tigerbox are widely advertised, particularly with ads on Ebay etc and I didn't see anything adverse about them but I can see now that I should have looked harder. However, this has turned into my worst internet purchase ever and the only time my landscape gardener and very experienced in assembling garden buildings of all types has given up and admitted defeat

I note that they have a Facebook page. Seems like that might be another option for reporting our experiences?

I really hope they've learnt from dealing with our issue. I did exactly as you and emailed them a formal letter which they referred to management. They then started taking forever to answer my calls (they have caller ID). I actually timed over 5 minutes in determination to get my call answered. It was pointless though. They just say they are waiting for Storemore to get back to them. I've said my contract is with them etc etc but to no avail. I eventually got a response to my formal email, that I marked URGENT, after 18 days but it was just a repeat of what they'd already said. Our battle is over charges as we didn't even build it in the end. They still haven't collected it and we rejected it at the end of March.

By the way ours is the 3x6 Canberra metal shed branded Treco and supplied by Storemore via Tiger Sheds.

I will have a look at their facebook page.

Exactly the same shed as me - mine is the 6 x 4 canberra lean to. Storemore told me to refer the matter to Tigerbox too. The biggest load of junk ever. Based on your experiences I am going to notify Barclaycard now and copy them with the correspondence. I thought the box looked flimsy when it was delivered - could kick myself for even opening it ! I would like people to know about the appalling quality of this item

We're also with Barclaycard so actually might be helpful for them to know there's a second case in the pipeline! We're also having issues with them trying to sort it out but I think a lot of it is confusion between DSR and SOGA. I'm certainly confused!

Tiger Sheds have not responded in any way to my letter and request for refund so I have referred the matter to Barclaycard. However, I have just had an email from Tiger Sheds inviting me to do a review on the website! I have done this but doubt very much that it will appear !
I suspect that this is going to drag on for months. Advice to anyone considering a purchase from their seemingly impressive website is avoid at all costs. I am replacing this item with a wooden shed sourced locally - cheaper and erected by manufacturers on site. Should have done this in first place
