I really wouldn't tiptoe around it if it just wasn't so close to my due date. I've brought it up time and time again beforehand so much so that I'm convinced he thinks I'm just trying to money grab . There's been row after row since I got pregnant either between me and him, him and my family, his mother and him and me and my family and I've had depression through the majority of it that most of them can't understand. I just want to have baby here and have a week of just enjoying the fact we brought a little one in to the world . Then trust me I'm not gonna take anyone's bull anymore.Expecting our little boy 5th June
can't wait.
No debts or credit cards. Just learning how to be sensible and frugal with the little one coming along.
Currently trying out :swagbucks,qmee,jewellery making,ebay,surveys,comping etc - amount earned so far:£9 , and £14 from selling.0 -
At the beginning of this thread I thought you should go ahead and move in together straight away so you would pull together and learn to become good parents together. Partners share responsibility.
However since reading on Ive completely changed my opinion. He is not a partner, he is neither supportive nor fair. If you do move in with him you will have 2 children to care for. As another poster said - he needs to man up and take proper responsibility for the family he has created rather than pleading this that and the other to prevent you being together.
He has no idea of responsibility but is clearly happy to let the tax payer take it on for him.0 -
Swingaloo, i completely agree!!!! My ex made me pay him rent, even though i had his two children!! I earnt about 900 a month, he was on about 1800, mortgage was 250 (he bought it in 88 for 26k). I paid gor childcare, shopping, everything for the children. Plus my personal costs, phone etc. He kept his wage. But whenever we fell out he wojld kick us all out, in our clothes. Was awfuk. Think op needs to reasess her relationship at some point, primarily her focus will be on her baby, which i presume may be here, as she is very quiet!!!
Good luck op xThe feeling i got when i confirmed my place studying criminology at Exeter Uni was brilliant!!!!!
The pride my children told me they had in me was even better!!!!! # setting positive example to children is OUTSTANDING!!!! !:grouphug::grouphug::smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea0
