Strange because my claim form has the same address as on the website, it is a different form. i sent my claim 2 weeks ago and have received confirmation of its arrival.

i'd phone up just to be safe though.

They've emailed me a link to a slightly different form. This has space to put the total cashback and the installment amount. Also has slightly different address

Does anyone know roughly how long they take to process these cash back claims? This is the first time I've actually used one and sent my first claim to them back in April. Incidentally the form I have states the 'Bingham' address.

There seems to be a number of similar addresses given, with slightly different post office box numbers and post codes. I emailed them and asked which I should use. They replied quite quickly and said this one:

MOBILE MEDIA SYSTEMS LTD
Claims Dept.
PO Box 8896
Bingham
Nottingham
NG13 8XT

I've kept the email just in case they claim otherwise. I have not yet made any claims but I think the T&C on their website says it takes 45 days to process the claims
