I've just requested a voucher from my ipoints account - they diddled me before Christmas in relation to jackpotjoy, and I swore I wouldn't let the rest of the points go unused. So I kept at it - a few surveys, and lots of those 5 point things that are on the site. So I've had notice that my £10 Asda voucher is coming, and then that will be that, I've got better things to do with that time, even if its sandpapering the skirting board!

Ipoints seem to be taking the mickey

I am currently waiting on a number of casino bonuses and each of them has now passed its 30 days. I have sent queries about the first couple only to get a reply to each saying that it can take up to 45 days to add points

of a total of 19 casino/gambling account opening offers, I have had 7 appear without being chased. I am trying to build up enough points for wedding related expenses (debenhams and marks vouchers etc.....) and there is no rush, but it is a pain in the backside to follow their terms and conditions only to have to chase, and chase, and chase to get the points.

sometimes I wonder if it is worth it. going by the feedback on this thread, there seems to be quite a few people with the same problems with ipoints.

I'm still waiting for ipoints views points to be added to my ipoints account. (all past the 30 days the emails say it will take). Who do I contact to chase up the missing points? Is it better to use the query function on the ipoints website or email ipointsviews@ipoints.co.uk?

    Many thanks in advance

I too am missing some points from them.

Whats more annoying is that im not getting their emails either and having contacted them they said that I am in fact receiving them. How nice of them to inform me of that....I told them in the original email im not getting them and have been checking my junk/spam and theyre not going there. The response - check your spam. errrrr....READ MY EMAIL PLEASE IPOINTS.

Hate lazy people in these sort of companies just flashing out standard replies. GRRR

Me too, I cant remember the last time i got a survey from surveys.com (through ipoints) or a paid click email. This is despite both options being ticked in my profile. My Ipoints account hasnt moved in ages bar the ipolls

had 3 clickthroughs in my email today and usually at least 1 a day so dont know why you dont get them.the surveys differ but again get them regularly.

Go to your account and the section where you are signed up for newsletters/daily email (whatever it is called) and delete your email address, and then re-input it.

This worked when I stopped receiving the daily emails.
