Go to your account and the section where you are signed up for newsletters/daily email (whatever it is called) and delete your email address, and then re-input it.

This worked when I stopped receiving the daily emails.

    Thanks a million

Have given that a go and assume it'll be working by tomorrow if its worked.

Glad to see i am not the only one who has been experiencing problems regarding their click through emails and surveys.

I used to get loads of these and it really boosted my points, on checking my account, the last time i received any was beginning of May.

I have followed the suggestions, so will hopefully start receiving them again. Thanks for that.

I did the updating of my email as JAG suggested but that didnt work.

I emailed them again and they replied saying that after an investigation I am in fact receiving them (IM NOT ) and i should now contact my ISP.

Contacting my ISP will make NO difference at all to me receiving and email on a browser based client.

I hate these companies who dont have a clue and just fob you off.

I sent an e-mail to ipoints 10 days ago in regard to missing points from completing surveys. So far i've heard absolutely nothing back. Is this normal practice for Ipoints? Is it worth e-mailing again or should I just give up all together??

    Thanks

  • Apparently my email address is invalid and I therefore can't recieve points. I sent them loads of reports about it and they just say things like "Use a valid email address." It is valid or I wouldnt have got a reply from them. Grr.

I ended up just changing the email address that I have registered with them from a hotmail one to a gmail one and I am now getting the emails. They kept just replying saying to check spam filter and stuff which was just stupid so I changed the address.

Not sure if been posted before, but there is now a comp on ipoints. For 200 ipoints you can have a go of the game. The butterfly lands on a flower, and it flies away to reveal lose, or win. I just had a go, and i didnt win. Now it'll take me weeks to get my 200 ipoints back!

Can someone help me with regards to ordering from moonpig via ipoints please?

Basically I'm just a little concerned as I spent my ipoints on a card for my grandma and I ordered it to go straight to her. I've had no confirmation from moonpig and only a little note from ipoints which had my name and address on it. Is this normal? :(

    Ta in advance :)

Same thing has happened to me today and also when I just checked my moonpig account there is no record of the ipoint transaction. I have only got the little note from ipoints which also had my name and adress on it even though I too have asked for the card to go to the person intended
Somehow, dont think my sister will be getting her card :o
