The last eight Surveys.com surveys I got that were actually worth points (all prior to February this year) are outstanding and iPoints have ignored the five emails I sent them asking for the points to be added.
I really think I'm going to give up with this one, and I normally always stick these things out because something for free is better than nothing... but this is just not worth the hassle anymore. It's worse than Ciao and that's saying something.
Nice to find a kindred spirit.
Ciao went downhill when Greenfield took them over.
Ipoints has gradually got worse as Inflation erodes the value of the points.
They have to survive and pay their Head Office wages (and rent) somehow!!!
Having said that, I still use their Halifax/Ipoints credit card online and get (virtually worthless) points for it each time.
I have also just redeemed 3000 points for a £10 Asda voucher.
I may just carry on with the emails and not do the other stuff, as TopCashBack often pay far more for signing up to the same free stuff that Ipoints do.0 -

i'm having a problem trying to redeem points and i wondered if anyone could help me please
i tried months ago to order something and i couldn't get it to work then but i figured it was just a bug that day then later i decided to save up points.
anyway, earlier today i tried to order an hmv voucher, they are just 3000 points and i have nearly 4500 so it's not a points issue. it brings the purchase order screen up and all my details are correct as is my password however every time i click on it it just brings me right back to the same page and the security password space is now blank!
i tried this again with the same voucher just a few minutes ago and it's do the same thing and i must say i'm getting rather irritated. can someone tell me if this is a known issue and/or a way to get past this, i'm trying to order the voucher to give to someone as a gift.
thanks
oh just thought i'd point out i've tried this in both IE and Firefox0 -
Hi Confuzzled - I have to go round and round sometimes when I order a voucher from ipoints, they can be very weird sometimes. I couldn't tell you how I get round it, to be honest - it really *does* confuzzle me, but I can tell you that at some stage, thre'll be the right button to press. Sorry2023: the year I get to buy a car0
