i'm having a problem trying to redeem points and i wondered if anyone could help me please

It's a it weird, isn't it? I'm assuming you've filled in all the fields including title, and you have removed any spaces from the phone number?

One other peculiarity which took us a while to work out; just on the off-chance your address contains any form of punctuation (such as Bury St. Edmunds, for example) you'll need to remove those characters too, even though they're included in the address that the site generates from your postcode!

thanks to both of your for your replies

actually the punctuation must be the problem as i'm in st andrews, however when i click on that line it won't let me edit it! how do i get around that, any ideas?
  • You have to select from the drop down menu 'my address is not on this list' (or it says something like that) and then manually enter your address with out the .

I had to do the same as I'm in St.Albans - hope it works

THANK YOU! :T that worked! i hadn't seen the 'my address is not on the list option' as it was at the bottom of the dropdown list and i didn't think to look for anything other than my address in there... i did check around to see if on the order page there was an option to edit it manually

what a farce, surely they must know how ridiculous this system is!

anyway thanks so much to everyone who replied, i have the voucher on the way soon!

hi, i'm new to ipoints but have collected nectar awhile. is it possible to collect both at the same time online. if so, how? seems a shame to choose one over the other. also what is the relative value of both sets of points?

apologies if this has been asked before - i did a search but nothing came up:confused:

Don't think you can get points from both at the same time as the reason the company gets you points is to "send" you (or "traffic") to the site your going to buy from. That website then sends payment of some sort to the original site (eg Nectar or Ipoints) which is how they can pay you. Your points are paid for by advertising.

Maybe look at how many points each would give you to weigh each one up.

2000 Nectar points = £10 voucher (can claim from 500 points).
3000 i points = roughly £10 voucher from many outlets.

So, to get £1 from nectar you need 200 points, and to get £1 in ipoints, you need 300 points- keep your eye on what is offered to you before you go via each site to buy something, always go for the best offer.

But as far as surveys go, you can do as many surveys from either (TNS surveys will get you nectar points, and i points have their own survey site.
  • I would like to redeem some of my ipoints for a voucher (Sainsburys, Waitrose or Debenhams).
Does anyone have any experience of how long these take to arrive?

    Many thanks

If you do your Sainsbury's shopping online through MySupermarket, you'll get both Nectar points and ipoints.

Is anyone else not receiving their ipoints for doing the surveys they send you? I've got some from June that still haven't been added...

I'm also waiting for points being added for surveys done in June. Had emailed them sending copies of initial survey invitation. Nothing heard yet though, think I will send another reminder.

I must have around 20 or so ipoints surveys waiting to be rewarded.
