EE forcing me into 24 month contract. Help and advice needed

Agreed-but if the OP had already cancelled, then surely non-return of the router does not cancel the cancellation? It simply entitles Orange to charge a non-return fee for the router, unless the T&C's state otherwise.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Thanks for everyones input. I have just got off the phone to EE and they have moved me onto a 30 day rolling contract and asked me to pay for the router for a one off charge of £29.99 which is totally understandable. The first month is free in terms of line rental.
I will cancel in July and the router is mine to keep and is going on ebay right away(as suggested by the employer of EE!)
