    Just

    Hush your mouth. :p:D

I'll eat some sunflower seeds...it'll all balance out. :rotfl:

Hah! Sorry but I think they're 200+ calories for three little bars. You can tell too - they are so sweet! When I get those I bring them home to share with my husband rather than eat them all by myself :o

Well, the healthiness of a food is not related solely to its calorie content. Lots of low calorie food has no nutritional value in the slightest - like rice cakes, for example. Fruit and nuts have a lot of healthy fats, vitamins, and natural sugars that we need for energy. There's been a good deal of research debunking the "a calorie is a calorie" view. Our bodies process whole and natural foods completely differently than a lot of low-cal snacks created in a food lab somewhere.

The obviously unhealthy choices from Graze are the flapjacks, but mostly everything else is pretty balanced I think.

I'm a low carber, so can't eat much if anything from Graze, lol.

I don't believe a calorie is a calorie, but when you're measuring dried fruit (nature's wine gum) against milk chocolate (nutritionally void) it's much of a muchness.

Ok, I just signed up to fortnightly, first and fifth boxes free, this better be good. :D

Was it wrong that I 'loved' anything with chocolate? :o

I used to get them fortnightly, but cancelled when money was tight. I loved the olives best- they were the best olives I've ever had. Still not sure I want to bother again though as I never got any of the new stuff, like tea and cake and baguettes :( It was getting very samey towards the end.

I could quite happily eat them all in one go too, so they weren't very healthy for me!

If they get samey can't you just go in and bin the stuff you don't want them to send you? or do they just ignore that? I hope not, olives will have me heaving over my desk.

No they don't ignore it, but by the same token, the more things you 'bin' the more 'samey' it will get, as they will be choosing from a more limited number of options to send you!

Thanks for starting this thread aliasojo, I am now wrestling with my conscience as to whether to dive in and order a graze box or not. Why is everything I like fattening, addictive and expensive  Trying to work out how many miles I will have to pound to work a box off and whether it is going to be worth the effort. Someone save me from myself and put me off please.
The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.

    Me too!!! :rotfl:

If alliasojo was not such a regular poster I would think she was a Graze box employee sent here as a plant...well....who knows that she is not?! Maybe they were playing a long game, building up all our trust, all those posts, and then BANG! Luring us in to their deliciously sinful snack box goodness... :D

    I've been Money Tipped!
I got hooked a couple of years ago - managed to get 1 delivery a fortnight and, can't remember how, but I got lots of half price box vouchers. So I got 6ish boxes, 1 free, 5 half price. I couldn't justify the cost so ended up cancelling. Plus I'd tried everything I wanted by that point and the novelty wore off.

I then went and got myself loads of mixed nuts, olives and the like and made my own little snack packs up. Filled the come down from Graze, but don't snack like that anymore.

But reading this thread makes it sound like there are loads more yummy things added on...am going to unsubscribe from this thread as I don't want to know about jam dips and baguettes and lemon cakes....oh graze I miss you...
