The Full Monty plans and pay monthly plans pre-February 2012 do not allow inclusive 08xx numbers. U-Fix are also excluded.

All pay monthly plans (exc. Full Monty) post Feb 2012 include 08xx.

It is as simple as that. The webchat person is wrong.

If you want inclusive 08xx calls, yes. It's a Full Monty package if you click through.

Its interesting how all the other packages with t mobile carry big fees for the phone . Also the fact they they could not include it for the Pay monthly sim only deals it silly.

I dont thnk any other provider sim only covers 08 either

So you could set up your own 0871 numbers to route to your most frequently called numbers and pocket the revenue share generated. I used to do this on Orange to phone 0870 numbers when 0870 was revenue-generating and Orange included them in bundled minutes.
