Sorry I'm so AWOl - I got a Final written warning for using MSE at work. I now only come on breifly at stupid times in the evenings.

I have around £200 of eBay sales due to end on Sunday - That should smash my target and keep me happy.

£5 Halifax reward to add and £70 saved on Insurance renewal. I've also paid for it in one lump from my Paypal so the £60 a month is going on the mortgage.
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

Hi all - glad to see everyone is busy busy :) AngelsMadv I am constantly looking over my shoulder just to check...... fingers crossed for you.

Only a couple of updates over the weekend:

ValuedOps £10 cashed out in flexecodes (finally after being stuck on £9.95 for about two weeks!)
    Mobile app £5

However also got a couple of long term money savers (won't include in my total but pleased with them nonetheless!)

And got a bargain on my phone - my beloved iphone died a death in Feb and my upgrade is due in October. O2 are offering to pay 25% of any remaining upgrade meaning that instead of paying £110 to buy myself out it cost me £83 instead. Still a lot of money except I get friends and family discount as my bro works there and due to their new 'refresh' contract (separates payment for phone and payment for airtime so you only have to pay off your phone remainder if you decide to buy yourself out) my monthly bill is no longer £37 a month (ouch) but is now £28.50 a month, meaning that I am saving £8.50 a month on my bill. Cashed in the old phone for £25 (cheap alcatel) so upgrade cost me £58 and by Christmas will break even and actually save myself money :D

Second one was my gym is pay as you go £2.40 a time but they have a monthly pass for £23.75 meaning I would need to go ten times between Mon 17th June and Mon 17th July - however they have an offer on this month where I get an extra week free extending it to Wednesday 24th July. Will count saves on this once I reach freebyhood

Wow long post (that's what happens if I don't come on regularly - sorry!)

    :D

    Morning all,

VERY nice surprise with £125 First Direct incentive in my bank account this morning. This means that we have officially paid off our Florida holiday (well I've not paid it all as it isn't due yet, but the money is there) and we can start on SPENDING MONEY!!!!!!!!!! I've secretly for £1k in my ISA from our joint account when we were both working, squirelled away. We've worked so hard not to have to use it when times have been tough, so I'm hoping we will still have that come November.

I also took a risk and listed something as a BIN on eBay - something I have multiples of. Only listed for £1.99 but I've sold 4 so far, making the 20p to list well worth it! Still 16 days to go. I will get those parcelled tonight and add to my total:

    Currently at £233.13/£150, yay!
    I like to make money
Best wins: £3,000 luxury holiday, holiday in Cornwall, £250 Murad Skincare hamper, angle grinder

:j Make £10 a day challenger - it pays for trips to Florida! :j

  • Sorry to hear your aren't well Fairy. I suffer from bladder/kidney problems myself and know how painful they can be. Hope the pills kick in soon and you start to feel better.

Nothing to add. Had to loan some cash of my brother this morning as I went overdrawn this morning. Feeling a bit fed up.

I was lucky and won £105 on Monday on penny games. :D It's well worth pre-buying to get the 25 cashback the following day. I leave a minimum of £30 in my JPJ account so i can do this every week.

Hope you feel better soon fairy
