Although with that said, the customer service skills of a vending machine are vastly superior!
Agree
Yet it's making mass profits and continues to grow/rise. They obviously offer something people want.
If you go in, pick what you want in the right size and understand the terms and conditions, you'll be absolutely fine! Bit like Ryanair really! It's only difficult if you make it so!0 -

I bought a pair of running shoes today for £60 but when I got home I realised that they were such a good fit I couldn't get a sports sock on and the shoe! I took them back a few hours later and tried on another pair a half size up but the fit was all wrong. Nothing else fitted properly so I asked for a refund.
Your complaint is that they were a good fit and therefore unfit for purpose?
Your mistake, your rights allow you to change your mind only by distance selling, or to return for a refund/exchange/credit note if the goods are faulty. I bet if you found they were faulty, you'd be glad for the consumer rights being there?
The poor sales assistant probably gets it a lot, and it's not their fault that you can't think ahead or that the company has that policy. He probably went home and had a good moan about the rude customer who thought they deserved more than they were entitled to.0
