Its easy to sit by a computer and judge, aint it?

Put yourself in my shoes, you have a hardly worn jacket stolen from your locker, the gym takes no responsibility for the item, i go out to replace it and buy another one, and the gym requests payment for the month!
Would it be different then if I was on site, and actually using the gym and they / someone else broke into my locker ?

The missing jacket- I did say to inform the police as you are pretty sure it has been stolen. That has nothing to do with not paying for the month. the payment was due out Before you lost your jacket. The company has waived the minimum contract time. If you still aren't happy, is this is a national company? You could go directly to the top then.
