I start my new job tomorrow:)

The package they have offered me is very, very good, more than I was expecting. DH and I have had a chat about what we are going to do with this money but I need to put this into some short term goals and some goals for 2015. Our focus is on saving/overpaying with a view to moving house in 2017.

I still need to buy a gift card, some family cards and a baby gift and my Christmas shopping is finished. I still can't think what I want DH to get me, there is nothing I really need.

    Hello

I was away all last week and away early tomorrow until very late Friday. Feeling a bit sad I wont see DS until Saturday morning:( We have panto to look forward to next weekend and I wont be away this much when I have finished my induction.

We did manage to get some bits and pieces done this weekend:

    • Cleaned kitchen, even under and behind fridge freezer
    • Finished Christmas shopping ( still have 6 family cards to buy and photo calendars to order.)
    • Bought a Christmas tree and decorated it and house
    • All washing and ironing done
    • Food shop done
    • Made arrangements with new cleaner to pick up key
    • Updated banking/spreadsheets
    • Visited DBIL new baby and rehomed a couple of DS baby items
    • Ate my first Indian takeaway
    • Made and ate a lovely Sunday dinner
I have packed my Christmas cards and will write them when I am away next week.

The good news is I have an allowance for lunch each day (but no time to buy and eat it) and dinner. I spent a grand total of 60p last week:rotfl:Bad news is I wont get paid until December so we will have to dip into the ISA to keep us going until the end of the month December being an expensive month.

Hope everyone is well, I am struggling to keep up with diaries as limited internet access when away.
