Also, not agreeing immediately won't get you a better offer to stay (or a new remote;)). The next time you ring Sky the person you speak to will probably be unaware that you've already refused a retention offer unless you tell them.

Edit: Before I got into the fibre contract, I called up and threatened to go to Freeview and they gave me 3 months 25% off and I wasn't entered into a new contract.0
