    As I explained earlier, accepting any retention offer will automatically enter you into a new minimum term. You won't actually sign anything.
    Also, not agreeing immediately won't get you a better offer to stay (or a new remote;)). The next time you ring Sky the person you speak to will probably be unaware that you've already refused a retention offer unless you tell them.

    Nope - he put it on my account and said I have 3 days to decide :)

    Edit: Before I got into the fibre contract, I called up and threatened to go to Freeview and they gave me 3 months 25% off and I wasn't entered into a new contract.
