I sent a package via UPS some time back and they overcharged me by about 100% of the original amount.
I contacted my bank (Natwest) who refunded the money as part of a retailer dispute by the end of that day. The onus is put on the retailer to prove they haven't overcharged you - Not for you to prove they have.0
