Quick pop in this evening.
Pretty quiet day so not much to update -just checking in really.
Oh except big payments for kids trips required next month - one of which I hadn't planned for so will need to do a bit of budget jiggery pokery over the weekend. Overpayment on cards looking unlikely for July but at least if I don't add to the cards I will at least be standing still and not going backwards.Journey began May 2013

That's what I want to do as well, stop spending on the blooming cards.
I think I need to concentrate on getting the cards out of my like, at the moment I am doing a few overpayings and then just running the cards up again.
I feel at times that I'm running backwards:o

Had a good night out but suffering today
On the plus side weight loss was good last week but as my official weigh in was this morning I think dehydration may have a significant part to play in that

Another run of the mill day so nothing interesting to report. I am still on track with the diet and the drinking.
The debt busting is not really happening BUT it's not getting any worse so that is an achievement in itself I guess.
I am sat here looking at the house getting messy and thinking I will do something along the fly lady lines so that I do a bit every day. Ordinarily I let it build up and then blitz it. It would be nice to have a tidy house all of the time.

Definitely setting the daily housework challenges on here. A neighbour called in unexpectedly and I was mortified at the state of the place :eek:
I love the fact my kids are into sport, dance, scouts, air cadets etc... But each of those comes with a lot of clobber over and above school stuff that gets strewn around the house. I am a minimalist myself but the kids make my place look like that of a hoarder!!
So for tonight I will clean and tidy the open plan lounge and dining room.
After that I am going to sit down and set up a daily list so that I can use this diary to keep on track. It's working in other areas so fingers crossed.
I think I also need to give some serious thought about storage!! Oh and discipline as I see DS has left underpants on bathroom floor again and bath towel strewn on the dining table again :mad::mad::mad:Journey began May 2013

Not a lot to report at the moment just quietly plodding on.
I am off to friends for a meal tonight so did my weigh in today and haven't lost any weight but I weighed in last week after night out and dehydration definitely gave me my good result. So I think in reality I lost 1lb last week and the same this week. More importantly I have lost 8" now in total and I feel so much better.Journey began May 2013
