Thanks, Jue. I'll have a look now.
Appt for hair cut made and the woman from the bank actually rang back - I'll have to go in next week, sign for the change to mortgage payments and open a new savings account suitable to offset against the mortgage.

Hi all
Dancemum, I hope things improve for you and DH
Finished work for the week. Got plenty done, only to find that a fair section of it has been cancelled, I got the email 5min before I was due to leave  still there have been plenty of positives.
So I'm about to go get the tots, I've been to @ldi to stock the fridge (forgot milk again) for them, so we've nowhere we need to be. We have a play date tomorrow, then hair cuts all round. Might take them visiting grandparents on Friday, a party on Saturday, and another play date on Sunday.
I've heard a rumour it might be warmer next week? I'm freezing today and its pouring down here. So hoping we might be due a little summer. Must get DS another hat - we can't find his, although I will ask at nursery when I go in a minute. He was wearing one of DDs last weekend :rotfl: pink with a butterfly on.
Will catch up later with lists when babes are in bed. Hugs sticks and spoons. I might need a spoon, up with DD in the night, then an early start.

Of course it'll be warmer next week - the kids are back at school as are me, Valli, Froddy, etc.
Still ploughing on with the LR - it's beginning to look something like - could do with doing some ironing at some point too though.NST #10 Steps 7K 2/30 10K 2/12 5 a day 3/30 NSD 0/20

Weather-wise, the rest of this week isn't looking too grim this end of the country, dry, with the temperature varying between 9 - 18 degrees. Not sure about next week.
Frog-munching is not going well today. In fact, it's been so bad I have resorted to making an expanded shepherd spy for tonight, a batch of celeriac soup for lunch and the freezer and a batch of OH's favourite bix. Batch cooking is always a sign of me struggling with something, and doubling of quantities is a sure sign that I'm battling with decisions. *thoughtful face*Better is good enough.0 -
Hi there. I didn't get chance to post again yesterday, but thank you for all the positive wishes on me ringing my sister in law! I made it the first thing I did when I came from work last night (to get it done with) and it was fine - she was very pleasant and positive (I could be sarky and say I feel faint but I wouldn't do that! Oh, okay then - faint!!)
And before I forget, Mummyytofive belated birthday good wishes to you - I hope you had a really good day.
Dancemum - hope your DH get the help he needs - this must be a really trying time for both of you - huge positive vibes coming your way.
And Lamewolf, I'm so glad the visit to the doctors was not so traumatic - let's just hope they get it right next time.
You all sound really busy - Pigpen - you sound super busy! Big hugs and good wishes to all the flyers here.
I did a quick tidy up after breakfast then we went to get some urgent birthday stuff posted, then on to H@me B@rgains and T@sco's for quite a big shop. We've stocked up on lots of bigger things, such as cereal, toilet rolls, kitchen towels etc and got some nice fresh food and salads for the next couple of days. We are then down at my brothers for the weekend - seeing both of them as they live quite near each other, the visit will include the awkward wife who I had to ring last night!
Other than 1 x WM and a S&S of kitchen and bathroom I've not done any more cleaning, but have done heaps of paperwork and paid bills this afternoon.
However, before work tomorrow aft I want to clean the conservatory and do 'corners', in order we can clean through on Friday, before we leave Saturday morning. Will change the bed etc, so hoping for some more sunshine - rain on and off for three days up north!
Good luck and good flying to all, R x0 -

been in attic again, sorted 100 cuddly toys that i can wash once the weathers better and donate to the school fair toy stall. there are so many up there the kids wont miss them. Ive left 9 big bags full of their favourites.
carrier of stuff for the clothes bank to go out tomorrow, a broken plastic storage box on the tip pile and a carrier of old plastic bags from where i rebagged the cuddlies and a carrier of rubbish.
