That's why I have invoked Martin! We need the French system. They wasted HOURS of my time. It really needs regulatory action - it was the same last year. Takes 2 mins to sign up and 4 hrs to leave.

The fact is that with all these cashbacks around the retention teams can't come close no matter how hard they try - I signed up with TMobile Via Quidco for about £1 per month for 500 mins and 500MB internet.
