Thanks QOC and EMILY RACHEL. I guess that's an extra packet of crisps or something like that calorie wise. Woohoo.
If anyone has tried this diet before, is it wise to go to the gym on a diet/fast day? Or would that be more likely to make someone ill? When The Fun Stops Stop0 -

Good evening
Back in Blighty, it's good to be driving on the left again
DS is showing no signs of wanting to go to bed even though it's 9pm really, since we got in he has decided that he absolutely must get every single toy out from the various toy boxes and play with each one for at least a nano second. It looks like a bombsite in here
Off for a little catch up on here before wrestling DS up to bed. Will someone please send Nerfdad over to help0 -

Good evening all from a sunny North West.
Went shopping in Sada today in a planned shop against MrT.
Foe some strange reason the three cereals I bought came back as NA even though they are om MSM as 3 for 2 in MrT.
Decided to return items, knowing they would refund on giftcard as the total bill of 23 pound was paid with APGs.
CS lady told me that they cashier should not have let me use this amount of APGs on this shop, I asked why and she told me they could only be used for upto a third of the shopping total bill.
Never heard of this before, anybody else heard of this?
Its rubbish of course, they make it up as they go along, new training, new directives, email sent round etc. Gets quite amusing at times, and they can never do the math! :rotfl:essex girl in exile0 -
