Good evening all from a sunny North West.

Went shopping in Sada today in a planned shop against MrT.
Foe some strange reason the three cereals I bought came back as NA even though they are om MSM as 3 for 2 in MrT.
Decided to return items, knowing they would refund on giftcard as the total bill of 23 pound was paid with APGs.
CS lady told me that they cashier should not have let me use this amount of APGs on this shop, I asked why and she told me they could only be used for upto a third of the shopping total bill.
Never heard of this before, anybody else heard of this?

QOC can we switch positions on the list? You can become #1 and I will go in at #2. Everyone is coming to you to put their names on and you are basically the boss. Can we swap? :D

Also, is everyone going to write their current weight down tomorrow? That way you can check how much you have lost each week etc.

And finally, don't forget to take a photo of yourselves showing all your curvy/generous parts. No, don't worry, you don't need to post them on here (unless you want to!). Normally, at gyms they say take a photo of you before the regime starts, that way even if you might not lose lbs on the scales, your body might look less voluptious and more muscled and you will be able to see it. It helps you keep the diet/regime going instead of packing it in because the lbs are not going down.

I sinned last night and ate a whole mahoosive bag of Sada crisps/snack things, so first thing in the morning I went to the gym and tortured myself to a full 90 minutes of interval training. That will teach me eh?

Hope everyone has had a good day. The weather has been so on and off. Wish it would either just rain or not!

I started slimming world last week and my class is not till evening so I took a photo of my feet and the weight on the scales, I can't cheat this way, and of course I weigh less in the morning

Thanks QOC and EMILY RACHEL. I guess that's an extra packet of crisps or something like that calorie wise. Woohoo.

If anyone has tried this diet before, is it wise to go to the gym on a diet/fast day? Or would that be more likely to make someone ill?

No never heard it, it's not in T&C and it sounds like a made up trout tale to me  If it happens again I would ask them to show you where in their T&C it says this, because they won't be able to.
