good morning all:)

quite sleepy today as DS1 was sick couple of times in the night, would have been bit better if it was actually in his bed rather than his brother's (DS1 had mattress protector on, DS2 bed didn't:cool:). DS1 not happy as it means he will miss sports day- it was meant to be before half term but postponed to today due to weather, i've cheered him up though, told him i'll make a special sports day at home just for him

For the 5:2 diet i have decided on Mondays and Fridays
