just wondering, what are your ebay pet hates? buying or selling, doesnt matter.
right now, ive just had some one, send a paypal payment, too my ebay email address, even though my paypal(thats banned forever) isnt at that address, so i need to register to claim the money. guess what!? im not!
also has a few cheques in the post, with no name, ebay id, item no etc attatched with it, same with 1 postal order, and 1 bankers draft.
i really am starting to get peed off with these buyers.

people who don't put commas after each line of their address when signing up. All the lines run into each other on the paypal email and make it hard to read.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

nothing really for me, maybe the buyers that want there item the minute they pay (paypal) but i have now written stuff in my auctions but thats about it...0

Buyer's taking ages to pay, by far.
Seller's taking ages to send coupled with no communication to let you know what's happening. I had one a while back, 10000+ feedback as a seller - I bought an item and paid within 5 mins of auction ending but item didn't turn up for 3 weeks(!) and in between I must have sent 10 messages to them asking about it and didn't receive any response. I left negative feedback for them on their 100% profile because of it and got retaliatory back saying something along the lines of "Ebayers like you should be banned - seller's beware"

I think they were !!!!ed off that they can no longer brag about their "100% feedback" all over their listings now. Tough !!!!.

Grr, I hate that too! Especially when they decide to round the amount up by a few pence (had this with a bank transfer payment too!) so even the amount doesn't exactly match any of my recent sales.also has a few cheques in the post, with no name, ebay id, item no etc attatched with it, same with 1 postal order, and 1 bankers draft.0 -
I hate retaliatory negging. For example, you buy an item and pay for it straight away it then turns up faulty or completely different from the description and seller completely refuses either refund or replacement. You then leave negative feedback warning other buyers and then they neg you in return for absolutely no reason other than the fact that you have negged them. You end up with a bad purchase and negative feedback, seller ends up with negative feedback but money in their pocket.0

My pet hate is Sellers that send items with no note or return address so that you cannot identify who sent it.
One seller in particular wound me up - I emailed them beforehand explaining that I had bought more than 1 of these from different sellers and needed to know for feedback purposes who had sent which one - and then had the cheek to ask me for feedback - sending me a reminder every week for a whole month. Took a lot of restraint to just ignore their requests and not neg them.

AMAZON SELLERS CLUB member 0077 come and join us :hello: make some space and get hold of some cash, we're on the ebay and other auctions, car boot and jumble sales board.0 -
My pet hate is the new sell your item form. At least the old one was available to use for a while alongside the new one but now they have taken the old one away completely. Can't stand the new form as it is slower, harder to use and adding pictures is now a joke as a new window has to open etc.0

Buyers who do not Capitilise their address in the eBay Personal details page, so when a seller prints a postage label it looks amateur, and postcode's can easily get misread.
What has happened the standard of education in this country? Do people not know how to capitalise, or has txt-spk taken over everything now?
On a separate note - why do teenagers insist on walking in the road, is it not cool to walk on the pavement? They make a right mess of the bonnet when I hit them....<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

This one really bugs me too! I don't buy so much now as I've mountains of clutter and debts to clear by selling:eek: but when I used to collect stuff I used to buy several small almost-identical items a week and never quite knew who to give feedback to!0 -
I know I've ranted about it before but I still don't like those new stars, I've been doing my utmost to be the perfect seller recently and still the postage rating hasn't changed. I don't know what else I can do. I wouldn't mind but I've never charged excess postage without clearly stating that I will refund (which I then do). Hmmph!
Oh and people who post kids clothes that absolutely stink of smoke, or toys that obviously haven't had a clean for years (yes I am a cleaning freak) there's no need.
I could go on it's turning into that kind of day
