Thanks for the warnings before I placed my order - so they're "pulling a Debenhams"! - I'm surprised as you'd have thought that they'd welcome this new custom! Surely the onslaught of new custom would more than cancel out any loss they might make from people using multiple codes - especially if the sample pack is as tiny as people are saying! I know I would certainly have never thought of using L'Occitane online had it not been for the (seemingly) generous discounts! It's also very correct of Alison to point out that if others have already benefited, subsequent customers should also be allowed to!

I got an email yesterday to say my order had been dispatched - I used both codes - so will let you know if/when it arrives. Had a tracking number but that will only show when it is delivered.

I have just emailed them asking for a response to post here.

It does seem a shame - especially as they seemed like a genuine deal. The checkout shouldn't have let us enter both codes if they were not valid together. Ah well. I will keep you all posted re: their response.

Shame seeing as they don’t put this in there own T&C on the website.

They have also took money from your card surely they have to honour this?

The codes were used in good faith the website accepted the codes and also they took the money , therefore the goods must be supplied.

They are also still letting customers combine the codes , so this also suggest to me that the codes can be combined , if not then why not correct this? and also state the fact in there T&C that the codes cant be combined.

Its not like they will lose out even with discount codes applied , believe me they will still make a profit.

Come on Loccitane get your act together , this is no way to treat customers and hopefully gain new customers......im a loyal Loccitane customer but if my order is cancelled then ill be less then impressed.

Interesting as mine hasn't arrived yet BUT I do have the Royal Mail tracking number and no sign of a "you can't have both codes" mail from them. So I'm hoping I might have managed to get mine and it was sent before they clamped down on the codes being used together. A little annoyed they have stopped the codes being used together - but don't know the T&Cs and whether they state that can't be used in conjunction with other offers...

Remember codes are a bonus - not a right Just a shame they didn't honour the orders already placed in some cases

It maybe a Bonus but I bet all most everyone on this board wouldn’t of ordered from the website if the codes were not available.

I got both codes and my parcel arrived this morning. yahay!

nice goodies for £39 in total enough to make up 2 gift packs for Xmas/Bday pressie and a couple of odds and ends left over for me.
