    I emailed Customer Services when I didn't receive my order and it seemed to have generated an order number but no tracking came up. I had to email twice but just got a reply, bizarrely from a hotmail address??? They said there was a problem and it's had to be cancelled, she said she couldn't retrieve the contents of my basket and I'd have to order the items again. I've gone in and I can see my basket! It has also doubled in price!

    I'm so angry as I wanted it this week. It's not very credible to be emailing from a hotmail account either??? Confused....

    Just read back to see the comment about the free gift. Wish they'd just said that in the first place rather than the odd email I just received.
