    I just pressed ctrl and PrtScr (which is on the same key as SysRq)


    I was doing that but nothing happens :confused:

    Press CTRL and Print Screen at the same time with the relevant image/part of the page on the screen.

    Open Word and a blank doument. Press Paste and the 'shot' will drop onto the blank document.

    Nothing "happens". You have copied it, so you need to paste it somewhere :)
    Open Word then do Edit / Paste
