You should be able to paste it into a word document now

Press CTRL and Print Screen at the same time with the relevant image/part of the page on the screen.

Open Word and a blank doument. Press Paste and the 'shot' will drop onto the blank document.

Nothing "happens". You have copied it, so you need to paste it somewhere
Open Word then do Edit / Paste
