Of the two cancelling would seem to be the easiest option, I can't see how Bissell could get the all the card companies to change the amount authorised without getting permission from the card holders first.

just a quick after thought if the price shown is 0pounds and that is what you pay ! from your card are they allowed to take anymore ie the "real price" from your card without asking first??
