i think we may have been duped. I called them and they have no record of my order under my postcode or the order reference number. i reckon they have deleted them!

cant see how they can dupe us when we all have emails confirming our orders and all have order numbers. they might send us an email saying there was a mistake with the website. wait and see !!!

i am surprised the sorry email hasnt come through. if they pretended not to have received the order the worst they could do is make us reorder, however they know we wont get it for free.

According to a customer services person I spoke to this afternoon , no-one has had an email confirmation of despatch because absolutely no-one is getting one of these as it was an error on the website .( Still waiting for proof from one member here ) . The system has no matching record of ID numbers for anyone because all of these orders were deleted from the database once the mistake was realised , pointless phoning up or emailing because there will be no trace history .
