free hoover ???

Regarding T&C
Did we checked on any box saying I agree to T&C? I dont remembered so even if they have T&C I may not necessarily agree to that and they can't force me.
As far as I am concern
I will get hoover for £0(chances are 0.0000001% though) or will not get it.
I paid by credit card and I can alsways stop the payment if they charge me more.La redout and a complimentry tweed bag.
for other items they asked me to send more money which I refuced and they canceled the order.

has anyone had their orders cancelled yet? I thought they would have started to send emails out by now.

Mm, just phoned them again. The order number I got in my email from them doesnt tally with anything on their computer system. The (ever so nice) lady @ customer services searched by name & address and came up with nothing. They're going to check it out & phone back on Tuesday.

I've instructed my credit card people to block any Bissell transaction for an amount more than £0.00 if they try to charge more than that . At the end of the day I am 99.9% certain no more will be heard BUT on the 0.1% chance it comes off then I don't want any surprises .

Maybe we are in with a chance of getting a free one. Recons at £30 including postage. If these are sold at cost then Bissell could supply, say, the first 1000 orders recieved and them milk the publicity (well worth £30k)

I received one of these refurbs , its brilliant , but somehow I can't see us getting brand new ones for £0.00 . In saying that I've had no email contact from the cancelling the order , they do not communicate very well at all & the is ordering system is a bit chaotic at the best of times . Ring customer services & they deny knowing anything about it if you quote the order number allocated .
