To clarify, OP lied about an order from a company, claiming to have bought £1300 worth of clothing from an online store with a maximum order size of £500, the returned the whole lot because she didn't use her student discount AND she found the items cheaper elsewhere anyway; returned items never made it back to the company yada yada
You are a troll.
You've been outed.

Course you have! :rotfl:
Try and come up with a better story next time, yours wasn't even believable from the start! Think you need to go back to troll school0 -
The original post:-sakibrashid wrote: »hi,
i bought some clothes from asos on 26th April, the order totalled £1300 (my student loan) after a day i realised i hadn't used my student discount (10%) and also found the goods a lot cheaper on Brand alley so decided to return the goods, i contacted asos through there website and a Yodel driver came and collected the goods. The good were fully sent back to asos, but surprisingly out of all the items i had sent back only one was refunded to me which was a pair of Fred Perry shoes. After contacting them over 20 times by email and phone i was finally put through to a Team who told me there was nothing more then can do and i should contact my bank. I have now contacted my bank but just really stressed, i have provided proof of collection and the weird thing i find is that asos have now blocked my account even though they are at fault. what more can i do or provide. really stressed.

According to the terms you quoted earlier, £500 is the maximum order to which a discount can be applied. The OP didn't use the discount so this wouldn't apply.
No, their maximum order is £500. It is not possible to order over £500 worth of goods and bring it down to under £500 using any discount codes. You can order up to £500 of goods and then, if you have them, apply codes/discounts. Or not.
Given that the OP has edited post one and deleted at least 4 other posts from this thread now I think we can all work out exactly what she's trying to do.
The actual phrase from the T&Cs is
Maximum pre-discount spend limit of £500 applies per order

I'm with you that the OP was more than likely a troll, too much just didn't add up, but I think what the previous poster said about £500 being the most you could order and get discount is correct, you can definitely order over £500 worth of goods at one time as they sell handbags etc for over £1000 and I have friends who have ordered over £500 worth of stuff in one go (got multiple sizes of things to try on etc then sent stuff back)0 -
Maybe they up the limit for customers with whom they have previously dealt?Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

I agree there's more to this story than we're being told but this isn't the right thing to latch onto and declare troll.
It's obvious they're a troll!!
No one gets a letter off their bank and their problem sorted that quick!
The OP needs to come up with a better story than that. :rotfl:0
