Have you actually put your complaint in writing to the company? You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

You're missing something from the events outlined.
You sent everything back. You got refunded for one item. YOu were told to contact your bank.
Why have they said that? Have you asked for something or said you're entitled to something?
You need to give more information, theres something missing to make it all make a slight bit of sense...0 -
Did they give a reason why they refunded the shoes and nothing else? If all these items were returned at once there must be some reason why the other items were not refunded - perhaps they were not in original condition or something. But visidigi is right, there is something missing from this story.0

You spent your student loan allowance on £1300 worth of clothes?
I thought students were supposed to be hard up?0 -
As above, why would a student spend £1300 on clothes?! Seems a bit bizarre!0
-
Were the clothes in multiple bags? If so do you have confirmation that multiple bags were picked up by the courier. I would have thought that yodel would also have evidence about the amount of bags they lifted from you and how many they gave back to ASOS.
If it was all in one bag it is odd that one item from £1300 worth of stuff would be refunded.
I don't know what you should do but I would probably write up a chronology of what happened and the various responses and send it to ASOS outlining your concerns and their lack of action in resolving this.If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0 -

Right, but that still doesn't explain why they would direct you to your bank...
Did you get a receipt on collection? Call yodel, give them the reference and ask them what the weight of the return shipment was...would be one way of starting to prove your case.0 -

Hi Sak,
Thank you for getting in touch, please accept my apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
I'm sorry to hear that your return has not yet been received back to our Warehouse in full.
ASOS have made the decision to not accept any further orders from you. In the event further orders are placed, they will automatically be cancelled without notification.
In order to take this further, we strongly recommend contacting your card issuer/PayPal to dispute any lost funds. We are no longer able to issue further refunds to you.
Your card issuer/PayPal may be in touch with ASOS and we will be able to provide previous information regarding your accounts to support their investigations. Once they are happy this is a genuine claim, they may refund your account.
I can appreciate that this is not the answer you were hoping for but, if you have any questions regarding this, please get back in touch.
Best wishes,
Jasmine

That email states previous information, you're still missing something from what you're telling us has happened.0 -
So go on, how on Earth can you afford to spend £1300 on clothes as a student?0
-
Well the email would suggest they think there has been something fraudulent going on and they are quite willing to take this up with your card provider.
£1,300 worth of clothes suggest you might not have been buying for yourself alone.0
