It was a BIN listing.
I did consider that it was a scam buster bid, but the seller isn't selling enough stuff to raise any red flags about being a scammer.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Ever heard of money laundering?
Yes, and that is not it.
A money launderer would not take such a bit hit, that is a phone readily available from other sellers at around £60-£80 delivered, they would not make that sort of mistake.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. maybe the buyer misread price as £60?0

The buyer could be a scammer.0

The buyer could be a scammer.
Most likely this, if the seller made a mistake and wanted to start the auction at £60 (very likely as it went unsold for £245 on BIN) they are sort of person a scammer would target, new to eBay and possibly a bit naive meaning the seller is more likely to go along with the scam.In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -
sold and bought by ebayers with no feedback. certainly looks an odd kettle of fish0

First Time buyer , I wonder if it will complete or if the seller will get a not received, not working, returned (empty) box scenario?Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0
