A good week, saved loads because I was on expenses :j and has left me feeling more positive about smashing my debts, even though Christmas and its inevitable costs are looming
Back to running again after an enforced break due to a health scare, so things are definitely looking up
Have a great weekend everyone.0 -

Pea in pod checking in here. Love your signature Brizzledfw - so true. Credit cards staying tucked away for the time being.

Indebted I thought I would drop by to say a proper hello. I can't believe I haven't dropped by yet. You are doing so well and smashing this debt - well done on your predicted DFD - not long to go. Better still a big well done on the running... it's something I keep meaning to do...ahem....
I shall subscribe from now on so I don't miss anything and will root for you until the end...“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent".0 -
Hey Indebted, hope all is good with you. You are so close now! Hope you're still managing the running in this chilly weather and are counting down the days until your ski hol - something fab to look forward to!Debt Oct '13 - [STRIKE]£44,076[/STRIKE] £41,578 5.7% cleared0

Thanks Brizzle, Calling, Daisy & Kat it's definitely the positive support from you and the rest of the DFW's that keeps me going when I have a wobble. A good but long day and a NSD as was on expenses for lunch & tea
Off to bed as an early start tomorrow unfortunately  Night all

Clearing any spare cash left at the end of the month from my accounts has netted another £85 which has gone straight to paying off the dreaded CC debt :j0

Woo Hoo it's pay day and after a quick transfer of funds I have reached another milestone. I have paid off more than the 2/3rds of my debt :j Anyone that has followed my ramblings will know that I like goals and targets to try and keep me focused.
Seeing other DFW's like NinjaSavingKat reach their debt free day (well done Kat) has also strengthened my resolve to try and shift this debt once and for allApplied for a promotion at work, so if that comes off all the extra pennies will also be applied to the debt, rather than falling into the "well I'm earning more so the debt isn't a problem" ways of the old Indebted2U :rotfl:
Have a great what's left of your weekend everyone.0
