Hi, My BT Total Broadband & unlimited calls package has ended and I could do with some advice/help, please. I was paying £31.10 - £16.70 (discount) = £14.40, a month. I have been in touch with BT and the best they can offer me is £20.65 per month for the same service. Is this a good deal or should I consider changing…

I am not sure why you are concerned about my shares, but rest assured I have someone to look after them for me. There is no need for me to know any of the details.
