BT Total Broadband and unlimited calls – advice neeed.

Hi,
My BT Total Broadband & unlimited calls package has ended and I could do with some advice/help, please.
I was paying £31.10 - £16.70 (discount) = £14.40, a month.
I have been in touch with BT and the best they can offer me is £20.65 per month for the same service. Is this a good deal or should I consider changing supplier?
I pay my line rental yearly, ‘upfront’. I also have Sky Sports 1 @ £15.00 & BT Vision at £5.00 – both per month.
Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

As BT broadband customer you will get BTSport/ESPN free in August, as you pay for Sky Sports I presume you like sports, if you shift to another ISP you won't get BT Sport for free, something to consider when deciding0

Many thanks for your reply - appreciated.
It would appear, staying with BT at £20.65 a month is the best that is on offer at the moment.
You presume correct - I do enjoy the sport. Shame Sky has such a monopoly on sporting events.
Thanks again for your advice.
Take care.0 -

Ohh, I don't know if I am a shareholder or not (although I might be) A guy in the UK online care team arranged it for me. I didn't know it existed before he suggested it.0

How can you not know what shares you own? Presumably a single share will qualify you for this.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
-
Umm, I don't think it is unusual not to know what shares you own. I could go and look it up but I can't be bothered.
The BT guy didn't mention shares to me but the share owners deal is identical to what I am getting.0 -
how is it unusal, you must know what shares u've bought in the past.
otherwise why bother if your not going to keep track of them0
