Why can't you tell us if the 'special' email address is only for us if we use the mse affiliate link?

Can we use a cash back site and still be able to use this service to resolve problems?

    Quentin,

If you don;t purchase through the MSE affiliate link but still want to use the special MSE email provided, then yes of course we will respond to any questions you have.

    Hope this makes sense.

    Kind Regards,

Mrs I-L-M has also successfully ordered a card. Again, no problem, except she had to go through Barclaycard Secure.

Is it ok to order a card for each member of the household? Including children?

Do you have to register the card with Shell before you can transfer the points?

I already have a Shell Drivers Club card and don't really want 2 registrations in my name.

If you are using the same computer, it will save a cookie that says you have already purchased the deal, and it is one per customer. Remove the cookies!

    Hi,

Yes, but you can transfer once you register then close 1 card, so you only have 1 in your name.

    Thanks

    Err, Mr Campbell ?
Care to comment and explain ?

... could be a BIG PROBLEM

Seems odd that Shell just want to give away £1 million - especially by giving a "Shell Club Card" to people who already have one

It won't come as a shock if there are problems over any offer from mighty deals, but aren't we safeguarded by the "money back guarantee" till June 30th?
