And now I can't exchange them, bloody awful from Shell. I am left with something that is next to useless because of their mistake, and they are unwilling to rectify it

Just an idea, if you bought the gift card, and you then decided you didn't want it, would they refund the money (cash) as it obviously would not have been used?

Why have they sent you that?

What option did you choose for redemption?

I chose a Waitrose voucher and that is what i got.

I am sure I opted for fuel vouchers. Nice scam, checked again today and the limited range of vouchers are no good to me

Last post I did I had been asked by Shell to wait until 30 Sept for the voucher. Still not received.

Presuming those of you that are still waiting did everything as per instructions from MD.

Myself and my wife both applied (she forgot to register her card until after the registration date). However, we both got our vouchers on the day that most other people got them.

I wonder what those that haven't got them did wrong (if anything)?

Suggest ringing Shell and asking them if they could give you a reason why yours are delayed. A slightly different question as to when you will get them.

My only regret is that I didn't wait to use them. Now the price of petrol has gone down, I would have got more litres for my money!

Have you contacted them and told them they have sent you the wrong vouchers and that you asked for fuel vouchers?

How is it a scam? I would have thought they would make more profit from you buying their petrol than giving you a gift voucher.
