If they offer you a fantastic deal in the future you won't take it ??
What i wanted was to receive the vouchers when they have suggested they would be sent (when the deal was set up). Not three months later down the line.
It suggests that any future deals whatever they might be will incur problems
Sometimes service outweighs the bottom line in monetary terms.0 -

Yes sometimes it does but not in this case for me.
I could not get the same return on my money anywhere in three months or even longer.
I for one am not complaining about the delay, and would happily buy again given the chance.0 -
I emailed Shell Drivers Club and got the following response.
Pleasebe informed that the 13thof September was the delivery dayfor your statement, relating tothe Mighty Deals Promotion. It seems, however, you have not received them due to the delay inthe post, please allow time by theend of September. You can contact us inorder for us to investigate and finalize your issuein case you do not receive them at all.0 -

They weren't due until mid August so they are on average about a month late.
What's this 3 months drivel you are going on about?0 -

Fair enough. To each their own.0 -
This is an absolute disgrace now! We keep being fobbed off with different dates and I've had enough, next time I'll just keep my £10 in my pocket.
I registered the same day i received my card and have waited over 3 months. People defending the deal are starting to grate too, mighty deals have failed in their service regardless of shells actions.0 -
