The OP prophesied something like this when she started this thread back in May to alert us to this (too good to be true) mighty deal - bearing in mind what we already knew then about previous mighty deals service!

I've still not recieved mine. I've just logged in and it shows 4000 points being credited and then removed on the 30/06/2013, exchanged for "Money off Fuel Vouchers". I'm yet to recieve these.

I am on the same boat.Still waiting for voucher,my shell satement on august and september has 4000 points but on oct 4000 is missing.I have opted for money off voucher and done all the steps as told by mighty deals

Drop them a message via your online account, they replied to me within 24 hours on the 3 occasions I did this and eventually sent me a'replacement' voucher (I have my doubts whether there was a voucher sent to begin with- too many people not received yet!) keep pressing the issue.

In hindsight It is still a great deal and I WOULD purchase again if the opportunity arrives.
