Lou, a bad Mum wouldn't care as much as you do. 4 year old boys are hard work without all that stuff crashing around in your head, be kind to yourself, treat yourself as well as you treat others. Get all the help you can get and take it one day at a time. I'm thinking and praying for you x0

tor - he's not really hyper these days. if anything he's a lazy toad. he just knows how to wind me up. 4 going on 14 i think.

Just wanted to reinforce that you are not a bad mother, I have worked with mothers who didn't give a damn, and anyone can tell that you only want the best for your two boys. Bringing up children is a challenge for most people and very few sail through it without problems, so please don't feel like you're alone. We do the best we can but we sometimes make mistakes because we're only human too.
