TBH honest the RSH offers work very well through MSE when they run them. Why you ask yourself. It is because they have everyone lined up ready to go at 11AM and then 3PM to grab them. Thus stopping people grabbing large amounts because they give out 15,000 in about 2 minutes. :eek:

Guys, if you are still waiting for that re-issued Travelodge voucher, you have to forget about it. I have contacted them today regarding that Travelodge voucher. The customer service assistant I spoken to was not very helpful and said that she has to speak to her Manager. She took my e-mail address and said that she will respond by e-mail. Just got a reply "

Please accept our apologies for the delayed response to your query.

The facebook page which allowed customers to re-apply for the travel lodge voucher was a first come first served offer to which if customers do not have their voucher re-credited within this week then unfortunately you were unsuccessful.
Kind regards"

It's strange that not one person on here or hotukdeaks has been successful in getting this. They seem to be making it up as they go along, especially as they said they wouldn't replace vouchers until 10 working days had passed.

Just spotted this on rsh facebook page posted today
all Travelodge vouchers are being rolled out this week so you should have them in your account very soon! Hope this helps RSH

Yes, I have just seen their reply on RSH facebook. I noticed that their post was from yesterday.
Dont really know what to say to them in my reply. I think I better wait if anyone else will get them.
