Thierry Breton is the CEO of the parent company. Another division of his company are the ones responsible for the Work Capability Assessment program outsourced by DWP so he's got much bigger fish to fry than £10 voucher problems.0 -
but if all moneysavers write to him personally for 'your eyes only'
he might get the idea we are cross??
ta for his details!!
Is this him??

In business private & confidential means nothing. His secretary will open them regardless and she will have something in her contract about being exposed to certain financial and other details relating to the company which must never go outside the business either during her employment or after it's been terminated.
If they go get to his desk he can easily just pass them on to a lower level manager to sort out. The more letters he gets the greater the chance of that as he won't have time to personally respond to them all.Chairman and CEO of Atos Thierry Breton

Yes if you look on the RSH site it says RSH is a trading name of Atos IT Services UK Ltd and he's in charge of Atos: http://www.redspottedhanky.com/terms-and-conditions/train-ticket-sale-terms-and-conditions/0 -

I have just completed the form and the following message came up on the next page -
We will be working with Travelodge to review all the requests and compare these to the original submissions. This process will take a little time so feedback will be provided in between 7 and 10 working days. If you have not seen any updates in your account after this time then please get in touch with our Customer Service team on 0800 377 7748 (freephone). We appreciate your patience!
Now it's just wait and see what happens.0 -

I had my tickets in the post yesterday. I used the Tesco Perk vouchers and the Travel Lodge one. I hope I don't get there on the day and find that the booking is cancelled. Is there any way of checking with the rail companies?0 -
As you have the tickets, you be ok, as they had already been dispatched when RSH took action. E-bay has since removed all the RSH voucher codes on sale.0

Thanks - hope so as don't really want to get there on the day and have to pay £4 in bus fares to the station only to be told I can't travel!! On the RSH site the booking says confirmed so fingers crossed it stays that way. Maybe it's because I used other vouchers and not just the Travel Lodge ones.0 -

That would never happen on a standard rail ticket. The only time that might happen is on a megatrain ticket.
Even if you board the train and find your seat reservation isn't honoured then don't panic as that'll be down to either a computer problem or the train being late on it's incoming journey and there not being time to get the new reservations in place.0
