Yes just checked mine....my account still had the 10GBP voucher but other 2 family members had the voucher but said "remaining balance 0"

Bizarre - my account has now had the £10 voucher removed as well. They must be purging accounts if they have over-allocated, or else there is some kind of glitch. If you've still got it, use it now!!!

i still have not had my 3 x £5 off codes added to my account i got them from tesco last wednesday, should i be checking where thay are and if so who do i ask is it tesco or redspotted?

I rang Tesco last night as my codes have still not appeared and I booked them well over a week ago. Apparently RSH have run out of codes, but they should be showing on peoples accounts by Friday. The number I rang to query is: 0808 100 0707.

Same for me - the £10 was showing earlier this morning but now zero.

Will be interesting to see if the value is reinstated.
