DH!!! He couldn't find the knife sharpener and he had looked right through the drawer it's normally in. He even said DS must have it (they obviously don't sell knife sharpeners in Southern Ireland.) despite the fact that in April he saw him using a sharpening steel. I opened the very drawer and in 10 seconds found not one, not two, but three knife sharpeners of varying types!

Slipping already - eeek! In my defense, I was at college last night from 6 - 9 and ended up staying later than planned at the office (had hoped to work from home most of pm which leaves time for 10 minute bursts here and there when I have to synchronise files on system - usually after I've added evidence for each learner.
Daily routines are anything you need to do on a daily basis like washing, swish and swipe kitchen and bathroom, ironing, making beds, vacuuming high traffic areas, making meals etc. - M, T,
Night-time routines are all things which make getting ready in the morning easier, preparing clothes for the next day, making lunches, swish & swipes of the kitchen and tidying the living room before you go to bed plus personals like shower/brush teeth etc. M, T (home for lunch tomorrow)

after yesterdays fiasco with the carpet fitter, I have found myself somewhat depleted in the spoon drawer, so flying has mainly consisted of online flying and frog munching.
The EX has informed me he wants to take DD3 and DS on holiday abroad this summer (the young Skints and I have never left the country, although DD3 had a child passport it expired years ago, and my passport has only ever been used as ID and expires in September, DD1 and DD2 have had theirs renewed to adult passports for the purposes of obtaining intoxicating liquor)
Spent a good few hours looking for my passport (had to take it with me to last ESA meeting, but as that nearly finished me off, I could have put it anywhere in the house when I got back) but thankfully found a note of my passport no and issue date on a photocopy of DD2 form from a few months back.
So 4 passport forms completed online, 1 expired passport for DD3 located and 2 birth certificates for the littlest Skints located ready to post back - just mine to find or declare "lost"
Checked online for A level results day for DD2- ready to prepare for any tears and tantrums associated with the adjustment and/or clearing process
Checked for important UCAS dates and deadlines for DD2
Loaded credit card with laptop, printer, printer inks, livescribe and livescribe notebooks for DD2 (ready to tart away on a balance transfer so she can pay me back later once her student finance arrives :money:)
Emailed DD1 list of potential job opportunities to apply for next week to help feed her over the summer and to send her away with some cash again at the start of the new term.
Rang pharmacy to put my repeat scrip in
Replacement baby record arrived for DS, gathered all important papers and stuffed inside ready to transcribe across at some point
Got rid of unwanted paper and envelopes for recycling
Replaced canisters in automatic air freshener thing-a-bobbies
Did fling boogie upstairs
Rubbed through a whole bin of nappies now soaking in soda crystals ready for a boil wash tomorrow
Re-folded airing cupboard "Anthea style" to prevent door from busting off its hinges (evidence that DD3 was stopped from doing her chores last week)
Flip-flopped DS clean clothes from last week to ensure fitted neatly back in his drawers (they were mashed in so tightly without being folded I couldnt get the drawer even open at first)
Re-folded clean towels and flannel stack in main bathroom
Spent 5 minutes in DD3 room in one arm mode with DD4 in tow, shutting drawers with stuff spilling out of the top, wardrobe doors with hangers hanging off of them, retrieving strewn makeup from her top bunk
Spent 5 minutes in DD1 room in one arm mode with DD4 in tow removing gibble and straightening bed
Put away extra fleece blankets and hooded towels under beds
Right I will catch up properly tomorrow, but ready to sleep nowThe cold never bothered me anyway0 -
Oh why oh why am I still awake? Again?Bossymoo

Morning all. Hope Bossy managed to get back to sleep. I did most of yesterday's list and in the absence of a list so far today, I'm going to spend 15 mins in the gym, bath then dust my bedroom before walking the dogs and the paid stuff.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Morning all - who has got the sun, not seen it properly in days.
Off walking with my friend later and then I have the rest of the day free - so behind with everything that I cannot work out how best to spend the time. I'll post my list in the hope that it gives me some direction. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
