the boy tea is cooking, his clothes for tonights show are all sorted so ill hopefully clear these 3 jobs in the HHC with you then serve their tea up decluttered DS2 back off to school and get the stuff ready for my govs meeting tonight and the martial arts class

The rest of the paintwork in the dining room has been washed, the rest of the kitchen floor (from last week) has been washed and all three chaotic rooms have been straightened. 1 duvet has been washed, plus another three WM loads, after three beds were changed.

I 'phoned the dog rescue place about Megan yesterday and the very nice lady I spoke to says that she thinks someone else may be interested in her. She's taken my details and will get back to me later in the week. I still feel very conflicted about whether I actually want another dog yet, and it's further complicated by finding another one on the oldies site that I've kind of fallen for. Hmm. Can't make up my mind about any of this, so I'm leaving the decision to fate. If it's meant to be, it's meant to be.
    Better is good enough.

    Hi all
    Dinner made and decluttered
    Dishes washed
    Washing in and folded
DD away to ballet delegated that job to DS2 so that let me remake my bed.

OH sparko on the sofa. DS1 is home I think for about ten days although he says he's staying in the yard with his trailer he's only coming home to get fed and his washing done. He wasn't chuffed when I reminded him that last week he told me he didn't need me to do his washing he's 'quite capable'.

When DD gets in I will dook her in the bath and get her to bed, that will leave me free to sleep I'm absolutely shattered.

Hi there. I'm in again, but can't believe it's Tuesday evening and I'm only just posting!! I've had heaps of paperwork to do, so have concentrated on that. Back from our hols with a vengeance - we've been gardening, de-cluttering even more books and mags, helped sick friend again, and I've been back to work for two days already! Did the lounge this morning and S&S kitchen and bathroom.

Good vibes and healthy wishes all round - and thanks to Natty and Dusty again for the threads. Thank you, too, to Ionafan, for the gooseberry cake recipe - I love gooseberries and the rhubarb and whitecurrant one (can't remember who made that - sorry) sounds yummy, too. I'm off tomorrow, and after taking the stuff to the charity shop I want to do some baking.

Thanks again, and good wishes all round, R x.

Argh! I've done nothing. I am so rubbish at this. No motivation at all! I spent the morning trying to stay awake, then a friend came round this afternoon, now I'm back to trying desperately to stay awake.

I think my problem is that my flat looks relatively clean and tidy because of the efforts I made last week! I have at least given the bathroom floor a bit of a clean, plus worktops, so not all is lost! Hoping the insomnia will leave me in peace so I can try not to spend my days struggling with the effects of the night.
