I have very sensitive skin and am currently coming out in a rash and flaky skin on my neck. I've heard Simple skincare is good too.
I just use it on my face, I actually use Vosene shampoo as a body wash
You can use it a moisturiser, but I am not keen on it for that.0 -
I use the Wilkinsons wipes and have done for years now. I only wear mascara and a bit of eyeliner and so not much make up to remove.
I'm too lazy to cleanse, tone and moisturise in the evenings!0 -
Why dont you try a Miscellar water? Loreal have recently brought one out I think it's around the £5 mark.
There's also the Hot cloth cleanser from Superdrug which is good!
Dont forget to Tone and moisturise after!Casual Comper | Money saving Newbie.0 -

I would be interested in trying the coconut oil, flannel and hot water for cleansing, only I wondered if this is likely to clog up the bathroom basin's plughole?
Have you found this to be a problem, JaG, and if so, how do you get round it please?
I have also found coconut oil to be absolutely great for moisturising, (with the addition of essential oils), and also mixed with bicarb, arrowroot and cornflour as a deodorant too.Howwwwwww Much????0 -
I use Dove Sensative soap morning and night but do use wipes occasionally, ALDI do a a pack of 3 for 99p and I don't find they make my skin worse. I got a bottle of Clarins cleanser for my birthday as part of a set and its made no difference so I'm lucky that the cheap option is just as good in my case!2013 wins: Persil Bunny0

I don't think they clean the makeup off effectively enough, but I use them if I'm knackered or in a hurry.
Also, I've found (probably due to the alcohol in wipes) that I tend to break out in a red rash if I use them more than one evening in a row..might just be my skin, though.
I know they don't clean that effectively because, when I get up in the morning after using wipes, I can still see traces of last night's makeup on my microfibre cloth in the a.m. (I normally do the oil cleansing method* every few days/microfibre cloth & Dove soap morning and night).

*Castor oil to draw out impurities (blackheads, whiteheads) mixed with a moisturising oil of your choice, steamed and cleaned off with a hot flannel. Works wonders if you do it consistently. Lots of articles on the net about which oils to use for certain skin types.
I also do sunscreen a.m., Retin-A p.m. and do TCA peels every now and then, along with my LED every two days. Slightly OCD about my skin!!0 -
i usually have johnsons baby wipes as convience, but generally take makeup off with a cleanser and hot water every day0

I also use Wilkinson Skin Therapy wipes, I don't wear a lot of make up but I do use a waterproof mascara and find they work fine on that. Also, I make one wipe last 2 nights! How MSE?! I poke it back in the packet, there's still plenty of 'life' in it, and I keep the pack upside down so that the wipes are less likely to dry out.
I certainly get my money's worth out of every pack.0 -
Ewww, transferring bacteria to the rest of the pack0
