i know that i am speaking about things i may find very difficult to do without being in alot of pain when doing it or cannot do it i was using it as an example of one of the things i cnt do0

Your meds are not particularly strong at the moment, and certainly not indicative of someone in chronic pain. I would focus on getting the right treatment at the moment, and then review whether to reapply for DLA. Pain management will improve your quality of life far more than benefits.
Your previous posts regarding your son do refer to you providing care for your child. It might be worth getting your story straight - if the DWP was to query your claim they could use the other application form against you.0 -
but its no good giving an example of something you cant do if it isnt relevant to you claim.
i could say that i am unable to wash a car.
but washing a car isnt calssed as care that is personal to me.
washing your child isnt care that YOU need and so wont be considered.
you have to focus on your own personal care needs, not the care you cannot give to others0 -
i understand but have supporting evidence plus had asessements from atos where i used to work etc when filling in the child dla form my husband was mentioned that he does alot of the help i have been very honest with dla and not trying to con anyone out of anything0

my other claim was for my little girl not boy0

I ave epilepsy and the took into account the fact I have a child that would need supervision if I have a seizure. So they sometimes do take it into accountIts all mind over matter. I don't mind and you don't matter:rotfl:0

In response to the OP. I have problems that sound very similar to yours and I currently get HRM and MRC DLA.0

thats a totally different thing.
the OP can supervise her children as she doesnt black out.
she is saying that she cannot bathe him, which is not part of her personal care needs0 -
thanks for heads up just after a little advice.0

Sorry, I know it wasn't your intention when you posted this, but I'm laughing hysterically at the idea of you [or others now thinking about] putting this on your/their DLA form. :rotfl:
Sorry Op, didn't mean to hijack.
