  • thanks, its a shame really , in hindsight they were always the first at the door when they took a dislike to the neighbours! ( weve just lost another set from the top flat) but weve always not got involved, just put it down to eccentrcitity, i suppose at the end of the day im suprised that they are behaving like this, mind you a few weeks back they were having a bathroom fitted and turned the water off to the flats with hardly any notice leaving us unbathed and sat indoors on a sunny bank holiday at 8am! even after that we still remained polite!.....people!!! lol

Either write once more, firmly and politely giving them until X to remove their property, offering to help if you wish to remain nice about it, or speak to them in person - I would write once more, and if they miss your deadline, I would move the items to their property. They are not going to like any of it, seems as if they were being a bit disingenuous trying to do a land grab knowing full well it was your property.

Have the managing agents actually written a letter?

Try and get the managing agents to write a letter to the other leaseholders. Why?

When the managing agents get involved they can enforce it. What you want them to do is tell them to move them by x date otherwise they will be put in the bin.

Now if you move the plant pots on to their property even after warning them because they are unreasonable they will move them back, and you will start a dispute where they move them back and forth.
    I'm not cynical I'm realistic :p

(If a link I give opens pop ups I won't know I don't use windows)

Do the managing agents know that the plants pots and garden area are causing penetrating damp? Boundary issues aside, I don't understand why a freeholder would permit this to continue.

I agree get the mangaging agents to deal with this. After all you do pay them to enforce issues just like this.
