I tend to put on some music and sing my heart out (luckily not in earshot of neighbours)
I used to find swimming really useful for focusing on a situation and all the energy came out in the swimming - not really an option if you're on crutches though
I haven't played guitar for years now but I used to find plugging it in, turning it up to 11 and mashing out some nasty sounds incredibly therapeutic (and an excellent way of punishing my parents when I was much younger :rotfl:)

i go for fast angry music then after a little while change it to a little bit more relaxing0

I don't often do angry but when I do feel angry I try to work out why something has the power to make me so mad and deal with it, if it's beyond my control I let it go.0
